New programme for 2019 walks launched
We are pleased to launch our new programme leaflet for the 2019 guided walk season.
We have some new walks that will reflect the connections that Southampton has with various international communities as we recall the French, Italian,American and Iberian connections that the city has and continues to have today.
In April we are proud to present and remember, The Titanic with a focus on just on its fateful maiden voyage in 1912 but also its crew many of which were from Southampton.
As the weather gets warmer as we head in to May, we are providing a Parkland Promenade, to explore and learn more about the history of the beautiful parks that Southampton has, as well as the public art they contain complimented by the flowers and trees contained within them.
Moving towards summer we have a large section of walks that will form part of the Heritage Walks Festival, including the reopening of God's House Gate and Tower.
Booking is always advised to secure a place and avoid disappointment, or you can pay your guide on the day.
Tickets can be rebooked via https://www.wegottickets.com/TourGuides1976
